Base rate $35.00 per hour (no GST currently applies).
Long-term or ongoing assignments will be negotiated to an agreed rate.
Rates for urgent work will incur a higher rate.
Any additional expenses will incur extra charges, such as:

A service agreement to be signed between parties for the agreed rate and terms.

Payments must be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

Rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Preferred method of payment is by EFT, or PayPal.

I proof read all work prior to returning it to you. If I make an error there is no extra charge for correction; however if you make an error or require amendments, charges will be incurred at the agreed hourly rate.

All work undertaken by Quality Virtual Assistance will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone but the client.
